Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Wabi-Sabi Wasabi is a casual mobile game in which players swipe to judge whether an image or phrase represents “Wabi-Sabi” (Japanese aesthetic of imperfection) or “Wasabi” (the spicy condiment). The App includes the following game modes:

• Time Attack — Answer as many questions as possible within 30 seconds.
• Survival — Keep playing until you make 3 incorrect answers.
• Daily Challenge — Complete 10 questions once per day.

A leaderboard displays anonymized player rankings.

• The App supports anonymous sign-in by default. No personal information is required to start playing.
• You may optionally link your account to Google or Apple to save your progress and appear on the leaderboard.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of any linked account credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the App.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to manipulate game scores or the leaderboard.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Upload or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.

All content within the App — including but not limited to graphics, audio, text, game logic, and branding — is the property of the developer or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Images used in the App may be sourced from Unsplash under their respective licenses. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from App content without prior written permission.

The App integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own terms and privacy policies:

We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Any defects will be corrected.
• The App is free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
